Every service order has a transparent lifecycle so clients and providers know what is happening at each stage. When the provider marks the service as shipped, clients have up to 10 days to review.

Once the customer accepts the service as received and agreed, the order is marked as delivered. Issues raised after acceptance are not automatically the provider's responsibility unless covered by a separate warranty, support term, fraud finding, or SERVICART™ policy exception.
