No. SOFTICART™ does not charge transaction fees, platform fees, marketplace fees, or application fees. Stripe and PayPal may charge their standard processor fees directly.

Does SOFTICART™ hold funds?

No. SOFTICART™ does not hold funds, operate escrow, or maintain wallet balances. All payments are processed directly by Stripe or PayPal.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Vendor plans can be changed at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your vendor settings.
